by Kenneth WilsonTESTIMONIALS: Seller: Buying and selling a home for homeowners can be a stressful time. The biggest investment most folks ever make so choosing an Agent to be by your side is crucial. I highly recommend you consider Mary Weins who is with Wildflower Homes at Keller Williams Integrity. I recently had the responsibility of selling the home I grew up in that my parents worked so hard for. Mary Weins was my choice! Mary took me through each and every process from our first meeting at the house to closing. Always accessible if I had questions. Everything was done in a timely manner (signature, etc) Very very thorough so that closing would go smoothly and it did indeed!!!! Mary had everything so welcoming for the people viewing our home. Mary is professional yet you are as comfortable with her as if you’d known her a very long time. I cannot say enough about this particular agent, but it speaks volumes that I would entrust Mary with my Mom and Daddy’s Home they raised 8 of us in ? Give yourself this opportunity! Kathy Martin
by Kathy MartinI had Mary sell my home after calling her off of a postcard I received and she came over to meet me and we had a very long talk and she went over everything. It was very hard for me to sell because I am elderly and sick and it was sad because I had been in my home for almost 45 years. Mary came over every day to check in on me and we went over all of the paperwork. I moved out of state to be close to my son and Mary handled all of that move. My son came and drove me to Nebraska and unfortunately I had to leave everything in my home in Colorado. Mary went through everything and called me asking which items I wanted to keep and which items I didn't want. She then paid for a junk removal company to come and get the items I didn't want. Then she paid for a U-Haul and Mary and two of her friends loaded the U-Haul and the two friends drove the U-Haul to my home in Nebraska. Mary then paid for a cleaning service to clean my house top to bottom. Mary organized the sale and I didn't have to come back to Colorado to sign the paperwork as it was all handled between her and the bank here in Nebraska. I was so sad to see my house sold but was so happy to have Mary help me. If you are looking for a wonderful Realtor, please think about Mary. Deanna Goss
